Description: This feature class is an indicative layer designed to represent platted lots whose division appears to violate the County’s Subdivision Regulations. CAUTION: This dataset is not all inclusive –it may not identify all noncompliant lots, and it may include lots which are compliant. ADDITIONAL RESEARCH is required on the users part to determine if the land configuration is compliant or noncompliant with Subdivision Regulations.This layer was created using a query with the following criteria to identify records from the Bastrop Central Appraisal District Parcels layer: (1) Include records whose SUB_NAME value is not blank and LOT value includes A-Z or a-z; and (2) Exclude records whose LOT value contain RES and SUB_NAME value contains Unrecorded, or unrecorded, or UNRECORDED. This layer will automatically update with the latest Parcel GIS data received from Bastrop Appraisal District.
