Description: This feature class is an indicative layer designed to represents (unplatted) lots whose subdivision appears to violate the County’s Subdivision Regulations. CAUTION: This dataset is not all inclusive –it may not identify all noncompliant parcels and it could include parcels which are compliant. ADDITIONAL RESEARCH is required on the users part to determine if the land configuration is complaint or noncompliant with Subdivision Regulations.This layer was created using a query with the following criteria to identify records from the Bastrop Central Appraisal District Parcels layer: (1) Include records whose CALC_ACRE value is less than or equal to 10 acres and SUB_NAME value is either blank or UNRECOERDED. This layer will automatically update with the latest Parcel GIS data received from Bastrop Appraisal District.
